A referral-based, collaborative practice

Periodontal care works best as a partnership with your general dentist. We see patients by referral, so your dentist stays involved in your care every step of the way.

If you are a patient

Don’t have a referral yet? Just mention to your dentist that you found us online, and they can send one our way — we’ll reach out to schedule as soon as it arrives. Our new patient information explains what a first visit involves.
